The new single-well Equip-Test Mechanical Test Fixture (MFS) meets the most demanding challenges of in-circuit and functional testing. The interface plate cover is positioned at the back of the fixture and can be freely customized according to customer requirements. Its robust design allows this fixture to easily handle up to 1000 test points without bending issues.
